THE solar eclipse which covered the US in darkness sparked a range of alien activity, UFO hunters claim.

Conspiracy theorists had predicted the total solar eclipse would be the perfect time to witness extra terrestrial activity, and if these videos are to be believed, they were not wrong.

Popular paranormal YouTube channel SecureTeam10 uploaded a video the day after the phenomenon titled 'STRANGE Happenings During Solar Eclipse', which shows a range of what they believe is ET activity.

The first clip in the video shows strange lights dancing in the darkened sky over Kansas City, Missouri, hovering in roughly the same location throughout the two minute shot.

Joshua Turner, who captured the video, can be heard in a terrified state behind the camera, exclaiming: "Look, now there's a whole bunch of them."

The same formation of lights, three in an arrow shape that seem to interact with each other, were spotted over Yakima, Washington 1,400 miles away in the second clip shown in the SecureTeam10 video.

The narrator of the video, Tyler, says: "According to the description of the video posted by Cinema7, it says 'My girlfriend spotted these lights while we were watching the Solar Eclipse today (8/21/17), so I pulled out my camera to record it. We saw them at 10:23 am, in Yakima, Washington, which was almost exactly when the eclipse was at its max. Super weird!'."

The third clip in the video shows photographs of a strange unknown object hovering in the sky around the sun.

Tyler said: "This is definitely not a lens flair or anything like that. Whatever this is, it looks to have a clear manufactured or artificial shape to it.

"It's got surface features, different colours to it and it doesn't look like your typical drone.
